Gift Wrapping Services

Our gift wrapping services are custom-crafted for each order. Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our wrapping services:

• We do not accept returns on completed gift wrapping services once work has begun
• If you need to cancel a gift wrapping order, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled completion time to receive a full refund
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur fees for materials and time already invested
• If you are not satisfied with the completed wrapping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to address any concerns

In cases where the wrapping does not meet our quality standards or significantly differs from what was agreed upon, we will work with you to provide a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Handmade Gifts

For handmade gift items purchased from Khefzlaan:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unused condition
• Items must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories included
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or significantly different from what was ordered
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

To initiate a return, please contact us at the information provided below to receive a return authorization number. Returns without authorization may not be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with photos of the damage or defect
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
• Please do not use or attempt to repair damaged items, as this may affect your eligibility for a return or refund

For gift wrapping services, if damage occurs during our handling that is our fault, we will provide a full refund or re-wrap your gift at no additional charge.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
3. Once authorized, package the item securely in its original packaging (if available)
4. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
5. Include the return authorization number in your package

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, damage during shipping, or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Processing time is typically 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• For gift wrapping services, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not returned in their original condition, are missing parts, or show signs of use or damage beyond normal handling.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

• Please return the original item following our return process
• Place a new order for the desired item
• We will process your return refund once we receive the original item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Completed gift wrapping services (unless defective or significantly different from order)
• Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)

• Items without proof of purchase or return authorization
• Gift cards or promotional items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
